Privacy Policy

This policy explains how AI Fitness Revolution LLC ("we", "us") handles personal information in Coach Revy, our AI fitness and wellness coaching app and website (coachrevy.ai and coachrevy.com, and our mobile apps). Questions: info@coachrevy.com.

1. Information we collect

• Account details: name, email address, phone number, password (stored only as a secure hash), and sign-in provider if you use one.
• Profile and goals: age, gender, height, weight, goals, activity level, equipment, dietary preferences, allergies and limitations you choose to share.
• Activity and health-related data you enter or sync: workouts, meals and food logs, body metrics and measurements, progress photos, check-ins and plan progress.
• Conversations: messages with the AI coach and with coaches, and SMS or voice interactions if you use them.
• Billing: subscription status and purchase history. Card details are collected and stored by Stripe, not by us.
• Technical data: device and browser type, IP address, app version, log and usage data, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.

2. How we use it

• To provide coaching: building workout and meal plans, tracking progress and answering your questions.
• To run your account, process payments, send service messages and reminders you have turned on, and provide support.
• To keep the service safe, prevent fraud and abuse, fix problems and improve features.
• To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.

3. Service providers we share with

We share information only as needed to run Coach Revy, with providers who process it for us under contract:

• Stripe for payments and subscriptions.
• Telnyx for SMS text messages and voice calls.
• AI model providers that generate coaching replies, plans and analysis from the content you send to the coach. We send only what is needed for the request.
• Cloud hosting, database, storage and email delivery providers that host and operate the service.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a merger or sale of the business (with notice to you).

4. We do not sell your data

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Retention

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account we delete or anonymize your personal information as described below. We keep limited billing and transaction records (amounts, dates, invoices) for as long as tax and accounting laws require, with your identity removed where the law allows. Backups roll off on a regular schedule (normally within 30 days).

6. Deleting your account and data

You can delete your account at any time:

• In the app: Profile → Delete account.
• On the web: coachrevy.ai/delete-account (sign in, then confirm).
• By email: write to info@coachrevy.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.

Deletion cancels any active subscription, signs you out everywhere, and removes or anonymizes your name, email, phone number, photos, plans, logs and messages. It cannot be undone.

7. Your choices and rights

You can view and update your profile in the app, turn off reminders and marketing messages, reply STOP to any text message, and ask us for a copy of your data or for correction or deletion by emailing info@coachrevy.com. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK) you may have further rights, and you may complain to your local authority. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

8. Children

Coach Revy is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact info@coachrevy.com and we will delete it. Users aged 13 to 17 should use Coach Revy only with a parent or guardian's permission.

9. Security

We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls and reputable hosting providers. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

10. Not medical advice

Coach Revy provides general fitness and wellness information. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for a doctor. See our Terms of Service.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and tell you in the app or by email if the changes are significant.
