Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and AI Fitness Revolution LLC ("we", "us") for use of Coach Revy, including our website, web app and mobile apps. By creating an account or using Coach Revy you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. Contact: info@coachrevy.com.
1. Not medical advice
Coach Revy, including its AI coach, gives general fitness, nutrition and wellness information for educational purposes. It is not medical advice and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any disease. AI responses can be wrong or incomplete. Talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant, have a medical condition, an injury or take medication. Stop exercising and seek medical help if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath. In an emergency call 911 or your local emergency number.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use Coach Revy, and if you are under 18 you need a parent or guardian's permission. You are responsible for your account, for keeping your password safe and for the accuracy of what you tell us.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Some features require a paid subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown at sign-up until you cancel. You can cancel any time in your account settings or by emailing info@coachrevy.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trials convert to paid plans unless cancelled before the trial ends. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable, but contact us and we will review requests fairly. We will give notice before changing prices.
4. Messages and calls
If you give us your phone number and opt in, we may send coaching and account text messages and place or receive calls through our provider Telnyx. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Coach Revy: no unlawful, harmful or abusive content, no attempts to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, no access to other people's accounts, and no reselling the service without our permission.
6. Your content
You own the content you add (logs, photos, messages). You give us permission to store and process it to provide and improve the service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can delete it by deleting your account.
7. Our service
Coach Revy, its software, design and content belong to AI Fitness Revolution LLC and its licensors. We may change, add or remove features. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using Coach Revy and delete your account any time at coachrevy.ai/delete-account, in the app, or by emailing info@coachrevy.com.
9. Disclaimers
Coach Revy is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, and we do not promise any specific results.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, AI Fitness Revolution LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for injury arising from exercise or diet choices you make, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
11. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these terms; we will post the new version here with a new effective date and tell you about significant changes. Continuing to use Coach Revy after changes means you accept them.
